All labour is guaranteed for 1 month from the invoice date. Parts used may be guaranteed by the manufacturer for longer, but the additional labour used to replace them again is not. This does not include new faults arising even though the symptoms may be similar to the original fault, or faults that were not apparent at the time of repair. In the event of an intermittent fault or a fault disappearing during the above, no guarantee can be made that the fault will be rectified. If further work is required on the intermittent fault, even within the month, a further full fee will be charged (for additional work). Any remote controls or accessories that are ordered specially will not be subject to a refund unless faulty. Full payment on collection (Cash or Cheque, Sterling or Euro at our exchange rate). Any items not collected within one month or when agreed will be disposed of see also collection of items.
