We offer a professional repair service for most TV, video & electronic equipment.
We do not sell new, we just repair, therefore all repairs are seriously investigated as to viability and not instantly 'written off' to encourage a new sale.
We do not quote an "all inclusive price in advance" and then inform you that the parts are "no longer available" when in fact they are, but providing them for a "fixed price" would be unprofitable.
We work on a fixed charge basis for labour and quote if any additional parts required are outside our pre-defined limits.
Most TV/Video equipment is repairable within two-three working days but if there are any special parts to be ordered causing possible additional delays, we will advise (if requested at the time of ordering).
We do not do attempt any on-site repairs as we consider we can only competently repair today’s modern complex equipment in a fully equipped workshop environment.
We can arrange for any on-site setting up of equipment by one of our specialist associates.
We do not normally offer a collection/delivery service as this also helps keep repair costs to a minimum. In exceptional cases we can arrange for collection/delivery (one man lift only) by one of our associates, this will be subject to additional separate charges (there is no such thing as free collection & delivery).
